01Summary

• We collect what you give us and how you use THHub, to run the service and personalize Toni AI.
• We do not sell your personal information and we do not use advertising or tracking pixels.
• You can see, correct, export and delete your data, including everything Toni AI remembers about you.
• Marketing emails and texts only with your consent; unsubscribe or reply STOP at any time.

02Who we are

The HomeQuest Group LLC operates Transitional Housing Hub (THHub) and is responsible for your personal information. Contact: privacy@thhub.app.

03What we collect

• Account: name, email, password (stored only in scrambled form by our sign-in provider), and optionally phone, city, state, photo and bio.
• Consent records: what you agreed to, the exact wording, when, and the device and network address used.
• Learning and certification: progress, quiz answers, assignments, reviews and the evidence trail of your certification.
• Community: posts, comments, reactions, chat messages, reports and blocks. Direct messages are visible only to the two people in them.
• Payments: what you bought, amounts, billing state and payment status. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Toni AI: your conversations, files, images and voice recordings you share with it, and the memory it builds (see below).
• Technical: device and browser type, pages used, errors and security logs. Only cookies needed to keep you signed in and the app working.
• Website visitors: if you chat with Toni AI on thhub.app, your questions go to our AI providers to be answered and are not stored; we keep only a scrambled form of your network address for two days, to limit use. If you ask for Toni's updates by email, we keep your first name, email and the consent wording you agreed to, and send your name and email to Allied Spot.

04Toni AI memory

Toni AI gets more useful the more you use it. It keeps a personal profile about you ("your Soul") and a set of memories, built from what you tell it, your onboarding answers, and your activity in THHub such as lessons completed, certification progress and community activity. It uses them to understand you, your business and your goals, and to recall relevant details when you ask for help.

You are in control. In Settings > Toni AI memory you can read everything it remembers, correct or delete any of it, delete all of it, or turn memory off. Your memory is private to you: it is never shown to other members, and our team does not read it unless you share a conversation with support.

05How we use your information

• To provide THHub: your account, training, certification, community, chat, payments and support.
• To personalize Toni AI and remember context you have shared, as described above.
• To keep THHub safe: moderation, fraud prevention, security and enforcing our Terms.
• To send account messages you need (sign-in codes, receipts, review results, payment problems).
• To send news, trainings and offers by email or text, only if you agreed. Unsubscribe from any email or reply STOP to any text.
• To improve THHub using usage statistics. We do not use your private content to train AI models.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

06Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that run THHub for us, under contracts that limit their use to providing their service:

• Supabase (database, sign-in, file storage), Railway (hosting), Cloudflare (network, bot protection, video), Sentry (error monitoring).
• Stripe (payments) and Brevo (account and receipt email).
• Allied Spot (our CRM, email and text messaging): your name, email, phone if you agreed to texts, city and state, consent choices and membership tags. Never your conversations, Toni AI memory, assignments or payment details.
• AI providers that power Toni AI: Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter (which routes requests to the model chosen) and Speechify (voice). They receive the parts of your conversation, files and memory needed to answer, and process them under business terms that do not allow them to use your content to train their models where the provider offers that choice.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business (with notice to you). We do not sell or rent personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising.

07Information about residents

THHub is not built to store information about the residents of your homes. Please do not share residents' health, substance-use, drug-test, criminal-justice or identity information in THHub, including with Toni AI or in the community. If it is shared, we will delete it when we become aware of it.

08How long we keep it

• Account and profile: while your account is open, then deleted within 30 days of closing it.
• Toni AI conversations, files and memory: until you delete them, turn memory off, or close your account.
• Payment and tax records: 7 years, as the law requires.
• Certification evidence: while your credential exists and for 3 years after, so it can be verified and disputes resolved.
• Website requests for Toni's updates: 30 days after they reach Allied Spot.
• Backups: removed on a rolling basis within 60 days.

09Your choices and rights

You can update your profile and notification choices in Settings, and manage Toni AI memory there. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to stop a use you object to, by writing to privacy@thhub.app. We will answer within 30 days (45 where state law allows) and will not treat you differently for asking. Residents of states with privacy laws (such as California, Colorado, Virginia and others) have these rights by law; we offer them to everyone.

10Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls that limit each person to their own data, audited administrative actions, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information we will tell you as the law requires.

11Children

THHub is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

12Changes

We will post changes here with a new date, and tell you in the app or by email before a material change takes effect.
